Afterschool
Every school-age student who joins our Youth Club shows remarkable progress. Many perform above grade levels in Math and ELA—and those who come with unfinished learning or delays quickly catch up and excel!
Summer Program
We have some good resources for families and the community. The goal is to provide a low cost summer program to keep students occupied with learning and play. In 2026 program runs from June 15th to August 21th. At Spreading Childcare, we believe that every child deserves a summer filled with growth, discovery, and fun—regardless of their family’s financial situation. That’s why we’re excited to offer a low-cost summer program.
Tutoring
In the original grant proposal, Spreading Childcare planned to operate at least 80 days during the school year and at least 24 days during the summer through 3 program site(s). It also aimed to serve a minimum of 30 youth daily during the school year and 45 youth daily in the summer.
Sports
True doctrine and teaching is achieved when every man, woman and child, alone or in community with others, have sufficient knowledge of God’s word to act upon it and live by it. This is why our typical service meetings are different from other churches mainly consisting of intercessions and Questions & Answers sessions on all subjects taught by the Bible, every seventh day Saturday, at 5 PM. Email us if you would like to know more about us.
We also support K-12 education in Michigan by supporting students with Math, ELA, Science, and extra school activities such as soccer, basketball, dancing, music, discoveries, etc…. We provide financial support to other churches and any youth leaders in Michigan having more than 15 students to help keep them engaged in their communities and learning. If interested, you are welcome to apply here.
Mentorship
Not asking for help when you need it may result in a long term in anxiety disorders, which cause excessive fear and worry, suicidal thoughts even when it is not obviously apparent to people around you.
Impact Report
Every figure and every chart on this page is reproduced from the State of Michigan’s independent evaluation of our Youth enrichment program — all thirty-six survey items with their underlying percentages, the areas where we lead the state and the areas where we trail it, and every comment youth and families gave. Nothing has been selected out.
